Theta waves play a significant role in hypnotherapy. These brainwaves are associated with deep relaxation, meditation, and creativity. During hypnotherapy, the brain enters a theta state, which allows for easier access to memories and the formation of new neural connections. In this state, individuals become more receptive to suggestions and can more effectively address negative thoughts and behavioural patterns — making hypnotherapy a powerful tool for emotional, mental, and physical healing.

Remote hypnotherapy, also known as online hypnosis, is performed over video or telephone in real-time, with the same effectiveness as an in-person session, plus the comfort and convenience of being wherever you like. I offer Zoom consultations for your convenience. Originally from Cuba, I can conduct sessions in English or Spanish, as you prefer.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my teenage children, husband, and dog. Living away from extended family has deepened my friendships. I also love writing poetry, cooking, and spending time in nature.
